Steven T. Nelson, CFA*
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding Capital Insight Partners, Steve was with Merrill Lynch in Scottsdale. Before that, he served as a Principal at Lowry Hill and oversaw more than $500 million. He has over two decades of experience. Steve's degrees are a Bachelor of Science from St. John's University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of the Catholic Community Foundation, the Phoenix CFA Society and CFA Institute. He is a past Trustee of the Phoenix Art Museum and former member of the Board of Directors of the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts. In 2008 St. John's University honored him with a Presidential Citation. His wife Kris is a veterinarian and they live with wonderful, if medically challenged, animals.Susan C. Anastasiadis*

Prior to co-founding Capital Insight Partners, Susan and Steve worked together at Merrill Lynch. Her prior experience includes Charles Schwab & Co. Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University in Bellingham. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the W.P. Carey School at Arizona State University. She is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and focuses on the consumer and financial sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Walter was a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and a member of their Chairman's Council. His roots in the industry trace to E.F. Hutton's acquisition by Shearson. Walter caters to high net worth individuals and institutions and works in collaboration with client's tax and legal advisors to address complex financial issues. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and attended the University of Nevada in Reno, the University of Denver and the Institute of European Studies in Madrid. He served the community as President of the Board of a local college and orchestra. He has a passion for supporting education and the arts. A native of Cleveland, Walter plays classical guitar. He enjoys cooking and entertaining, philosophy, history and literature. Walter has two daughters who work in the entertainment industry in New York and Los Angeles. He heads our Reno Office. Lance T. Before joining Capital Insight Partners, Lance was with Merrill Lynch as a Vice President and Business Financial Advisor for nine years. He focused his practice on the unique wealth management needs of business owners, entrepreneurs and their families. He brings to clients a planning perspective as a holder of the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. This is conferred through the College For Financial Planning. Earlier in his financial services career, he worked as a commercial lender in the banking sector. He was an integral part of both de novo and established banks. Since Capital Insight Partners assists clients with both sides of their balance sheets, his credit and planning prespective differentiate the firm. A resident since 1993, Lance heads our Las Vegas office. He attended Northern Arizona University and attained a Bachelor of Science degree. His wife Tara is an interior designer. They have three children who play hockey plus other sports and share a love for the outdoors.*Also affiliated with Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investments.
